In this video I explain the EB5 program.
Its a U.S. Government program instituted by congress in 1990, they initiated this program so that families and investors could invest into the U.S. economy. By virtue of their investment they would create job for U.S. people and be rewarded with a Green Card for themselves and their family members.
When the program was first instituted in 1990 it was at a one million mark USD, under the Obama administration the U.S. and the rest of the world went through a recession. therefore their was a greater need for job creation and foreign investment in the U.S. the program then went down from one million to USD 500,000. They lowered the investment amount to spur this economic enrichment. As we stand today the U.S. has left the recession as one of the most powerful super powers in the world. There is now less need for this job creation program, as it stands now on November 21st and going forward all applications will come in at a USD 900,00 investment amount. This has been announced by the U.S. Government through the agency of USCIS.
