Suspended Public Protector advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane has threatened to drag Section
194 inquiry evidence leader Advocate Nazreen Bawa to the Legal Practice Council.
Mkhwebane has accused Bawa of acting unethically by leading evidence in the absence of her legal representatives. This after legal funding for Mkhwebane was stopped last Friday by the Office of the Public Protector leaving Mkhwebane without any legal representation in the inquiry.
